Find Your Voice: Introduce Yourself!

NextStep Development Club | Presentation Practice Series

NextStep Development Club is introducing “Find Your Voice”, a series of events designed to give students an opportunity to practise their presentation skills in a relaxed and supportive environment.

For each event, we'll announce a different topic. Participants can prepare a few slides and give a short 5-10 minute presentation, followed by friendly feedback from fellow students.

Our first topic is: Introducing Yourself!

Imagine you've just started a new job and are asked to introduce yourself to your colleagues. What would you tell them?

For this session, prepare a short presentation about yourself, your background, interests, experiences and future goals. It's a chance to practise introducing yourself in a professional setting while getting to know other students.

There won't be an external guest speaker. We'll simply practise together, share feedback and learn from each other.

Food and drinks: Provided

Places: Limited to 20 participants

All levels of speaking experience are welcome. Whether you're comfortable presenting or still building your confidence, we'd love to see you there!
