We’re opening up one of our most popular leadership workshops to the public, making it easier for individuals and smaller teams to access practical wellbeing training without the commitment of a full workplace session.

Leading Mentally Healthy Teams is a 2 hour live online workshop designed for people leaders, managers, and anyone supporting others at work. The session explores what mentally healthy teams look like in practice and the everyday leadership behaviours that support mental health and wellbeing.

Grounded in wellbeing science, this workshop focuses on real world leadership rather than clinical or compliance based approaches.

Participants will learn:

How leaders influence team wellbeing,
How to recognise early signs that someone may be struggling
How to respond with confidence and care.

You will leave with clearer understanding of your role as a leader, practical language for supportive conversations, and small actions you can apply immediately in your team or workplace.
