Help welcome and assist families and visitors to one of Melbourne's favourite icons, Puffing Billy! Volunteer to ensure a magical experience for children, adults and older guests riding our heritage trains through the beautiful Dandenong Ranges forest.

No qualifications needed; training is provided. Duties vary and include:
• Welcoming to our visitor facility and guidance to board
• Boarding assistance where needed
• Knowledgeable information about the fleet and environment during the ride

Be sure to volunteer if you enjoy:
• Helping provide an enjoyable experience
• Sharing knowledge and answering questions
• Lending a hand to guests with mobility impairment
