An invitation to explore the resource of DISSOLVE through freeform dance, aligning with spaciousness and cultivating a sense of oneness on the dance floor. We will be dancing deeply, softening our sense of shape and physical form, dissolving into the music and the dance of the Soul.

This session will dance you through a delicate and exquisite exploration, awakening to Essence, Spirit, and unbounded Presence.

A potent & vibrant journey into the body, heart, mind and soul as we surrender and let go of the bigger picture, dissolving our movement into the greater dance.

This Open Floor Movement Practice is facilitated by Patricia Roux.

Date: Sunday 1st of October, 3:30pm- 5:15pm (doors shut at 3:40pm so we can all start together, no entry after then)

Please bring a water bottle, turn off phones and remove shoes before entering the dance floor.

Cost: $22 | Price is inclusive of GST & Booking fee

Alcohol free, drug free and smoke free event. Organisers reserve the right to refuse entry. No mobile phones, no photography, no Shazam, be present in the space, as others will with you. This event is not suitable for kids(18+)

Cancellation Policy - Refund is available up to 24hr before the event after which there are no refunds, however you may transfer you spot to another person.

Facilitator:

Patricia is a mother, dancer, yoga and meditation teacher. She has been practicing mindful movement and conscious dance for over 10 years. Together with her husband, Theva Indrasenan, they run Dancing Dhevas Conscious dance classes, workshops and retreats. Patricia is currently an Open Floor Teacher-in-training, Open Floor offers a dynamic, creative tool kit of resources to move through life, fully embodied.

Open Floor is a resource-based movement practice. We explore new ways of moving and responding to what is happening with intention and purpose. We learn to understand our habits and patterns for deeper insight and self-awareness. The more we embody different responses in our movements, the more resources we can call on to move through life with flexibility, resilience and ease.
