Codes of Connection is an ever-evolving offering - a living laboratory where we create space to share, explore, practice, play, and show up in the raw, realness of being human.

Each evening workshop invites you into a different pillar of connection. Through guided activities and practices, you’ll expand self-awareness and deepen intimacy - with yourself and with others.

The Pulse of Polarity - the energetic tension between opposites - masculine and feminine, yin and yang, giving and receiving, structure and flow.

We’ll explore how the awareness and embodiment of polarizing energies can awaken deeper intimacy, aliveness and trust - both within yourself and in connection with others.

It’s what creates spark, magnetism, and movement in all kinds of relationships, not just romantic ones.

Through guided practices, somatic movement and authentic relating, you’ll begin to feel and embody the natural intelligence of these energies in your own system.

Together, we will explore:

The energetic essence of masculine and feminine energies as fluid archetypal currents
Somatic and relational practices to activate and experience polarity
How opposing energies in connection can awaken and amplify each other’s gifts
The courage and vulnerability to be fully expressed and witnessed
Holding space with grounded presence
