Event description
The Puppets Around The World Showcase is a joyous celebration of puppets, colour, culture, and music from around the world!
Join us to experience a final performance of family fun and laughter at the Gallagher Academy of Performing Arts as we bring together five international puppetry groups to perform stories from their cultures for the last time.
Directed and curated by internationally acclaimed puppeteer, Ifat Vayner, these stories from Colombia, Mexico, Aotearoa -New Zealand, Israel, and Russia will appeal to young and old.
The Master of Ceremonies for the event is multi award-winning children’s entertainer, Chris Lam Sam from The Funky Monkeys who will also be performing.
Entry is free, but please book a ticket to help us with numbers as seating is limited … don’t miss out!
