Puppy Cuddling Sessions

To celebrate International Dog Day and finish off wellness month on a cute note, we’re offering 15 minute puppy cuddling sessions in partnership with Auckland Puppy Rescue.

Each session will host up to 15 people. There will be 10 puppies to cuddle with – so you’ll be able to take your pick! The puppies will be 8 weeks old.

Science says that interacting with animals reduces cortisol levels and has a positive effect on decreasing blood pressure – and there’s certainly no mistaking the pure joy felt when there’s a puppy on your lap.

You’ll head back to your desk a new human; refreshed, re-focused, re-energised, albeit a little sad to have said goodbye.

This event is exclusive to Harbour Grounds customers (i.e. staff who work in the Bayleys House, Fonterra, Microsoft House, Datacom, Air New Zealand, KPMG and Auckland Transport buildings).
