Imagine moving your body to a gentle Slow Flow yoga, with a litter of the most divine puppies playing all around you. Heaven, we know!
Q. So what is puppy yoga?
A. A joyful & slow-paced yoga class that nourishes your nervous system with the sweetest puppy energy. We work with local, ethical and registered breeders to make sure the puppy's wellbeing is the priority. Breeders often choose this activity to help with socialisation before they head off to their forever homes. The pups will have a little snooze and snack between the two classes.
The beautiful Hilda Strojil will guide you through a 45-minute Slow Flow class, which will allow for mindful poses and plenty of puppy playfulness & cuddles.
Things to note:
Wear comfortable clothing for movement.
Mats, filtered water and tea are all provided.
Tickets are very limited to keep this class intimate and safe for the pups. Participants must be over 16 years old.
