This unique class will guide you through a series of gentle pilates poses while adorable, friendly puppies wander through the space, adding an extra layer of fun and relaxation to your practice. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a complete beginner, this session is designed to help you stretch, relax, and bond with these lovable pups. Being around animals is known to reduce stress, boost your overall. Combined with the benefits of pilates, this is a special offering!

We have partnered with registered breeders who are certified by Right Paws. These sessions allow the puppies to integrate and socialise with lovely humans as they prepare for going to their forever homes.
