Join us for a fun filled morning of improving your speed and skills with the Purpose Built Performance Academy - Speed and Skills School! This clinic will be held at the Coomera Crushers Rugby Union Club in Coomera, QLD, Australia. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned athlete, this is the perfect opportunity to work on your speed and skill in a fun and challenging environment. Our expert coaches Jonny and Andy will guide you through various drills and exercises to enhance your speed, agility, and overall performance as well as include some challenges and games to put you to the test. Perfect for those looking to improve their Speed, Agility and Skills for Rugby Union, League, Touch or OzTag. Bring a mate and come on down.

For ages 8-16
Groups will be split by age group of 8-12 and 13-16

Sessions will include:

- Runnings drills and speed technique with and without ball in hand

- Multi Directional Agility and Decision Making Exercises

- Acceleration and Top End Speed Drills

- Skill work with ball in hand

- Evasion drills

- 1 v 1, 2 v 1 3 v 2 and Small sided games

- Straight Speed Shoot Out

What to Bring:

- Each participant will need to bring suitable clothing and footwear to participate. You can wear rugby boots but it is not essential

- A water bottle to stay hydrated and any desired suncream etc to protect from the sun. Shade will be available between sessions in the Coomera Crushers clubhouse and also to refill water bottles

- A good Attitude

- Please make coaches aware ahead of time any injuries or issues each participant you register is currently experiencing

COACHES WILL BE EQUIPPED WITH CURRENT FIRST AID CERTIFICATES, BLUE CARDS AND RELEVANT PUBLIC LIABILITY & PRIVATE INDEMNITY INSURANCES
