You’re invited to my very first Purpose by Amal launch event! A morning of Mat Pilates, connection and celebrating a new beginning 🤍

Join me on Saturday 7 November at Conifer Lawn, Wollongong Botanic Garden, for a morning of movement surrounded by greenery.

After four years of teaching Reformer Pilates, I’m so excited to bring people together through my own Mat Pilates events. Having you there for the very first one would mean so much!

What to expect

I’ll guide you through a welcoming, beginner-friendly, 45-minute full-body Mat Pilates flow, with options to adjust the movements to suit your experience.

After class, stay for drinks, refreshments and time to mingle, chat and take photos. You’ll also receive a special little goodie bag to take home!

Come with a friend or come on your own, there’ll be plenty of opportunity to get to know the people beside you.

Your ticket includes

A 45-minute full-body Mat Pilates flow with me
Post-class drinks and refreshments
A special goodie bag to take home
An invitation to join the Purpose community group

Be part of the beginning

Everyone attending the launch will become a founding member of the Purpose community, part of it from the very first class, conversations and connections.

Everyone who attends any of my events is also invited into the Purpose community group: a space to stay connected, hear about upcoming events and keep those friendships going beyond the mat.
