Lifeline Northern Beaches invite you to the Push Up Challenge community launch, bringing together our community supporting Lifeline Northern Beaches in this year's challenge.

Bring yourself, bring your teams.

Learn tips for great push up form and join fitness routines and challenges led by Code 5 Fitness, plus enjoy a free BBQ breakfast.

Whether you are a push up guru or a beginner, you can join in the fun and win prizes. Workout challenge begins at 6.40am!

Start or complete your push up goal for the day and join the local community all pushing for the same goal - to get fit, have fun and push for better mental health.
