This 2-hour workshop helps attendees with their plans and approaches for Community Well-being. Our facilitator will present a series of slides that move us through common challenges and more nuanced problems that may be affecting your work.

Whether you're a developer, professional, or volunteer within your community, you'll find actionable tips and insights that will save you time and energy.

Best part? We'll take the time to go one-on-one and customize potential strategies, so you can be confident in proposing your solutions. This session includes;

Linking your work to global mental health frameworks
Standard documents and procedures to maintain good relations
Mindset techniques to help you focus on the next right step

The facilitator for the evening is Stacey Perlin, a long-time community developer, artist, and mental health advocate. Her background in mental health and complex infrastructure systems is augmented by her business operations experience, supporting many local organizations since 2001.
