Event description

Preventing Violence Together invites you to join us for a conversation about raising a healthier generation of boys and ending men’s violence against women.

We are hosting a special screening of the documentary The Mask You Live In, which explores how the expectations on boys and men to conform to narrow definitions of masculinity are causing harm to women, gender diverse people and men themselves.

The film will be followed by a Q&A with a panel of speakers that bring diverse views on masculinity and working with men and boys.

Let’s support the men and boys in our lives to break free from harmful gender stereotypes and to enjoy equal, healthy and respectful relationships.

  • 4:30pm Networking

  • 5:00pm Film screening

  • 6:30pm Panel Q&A

$20 ticket includes a small popcorn and a soft drink.
