City Of Fremantle – Esplanade Reserve located at 56 Marine Terrace Turn right onto Essex Street Take a left onto Marine Terrace Turn right into the carpark (just past the crosswalk) Paying for parking: Don’t forget to get a ticket at the machine or set up your parking with the EasyPark app. Secure Parking is located at 25 Collie Street. Take a right out of the hotel driveway Turn right onto Marine Terrace Turn right onto Collie Street (at the corner of the hotel) Turn right into Secure Carpark Paying for parking: Payment is taken upon exit of the carpark, or download the ParkAt app. Other Parking Options: Pay’n’Display options are available through the City of Fremantle along the street and directly opposite the hotel. Parking is signposted, and booking/pay is available via the EasyPark app.

Entry instructions

Walking in through the main doors at the Esplanade Hotel, you will see two elevator doors at the end of a tiled section. Go slightly left to walk into the main lobby area, then towards the back right side of the building, where you will see the Southern Cross Lobby entrance. The entrance is painted a dark colour while the back wall is white. Going through the lobby to the back where you will find the conference.

Toilet location

There are male and female toilets on the left side of the lobby hallway, an accessible toilet, and another set of toilets on the right side of the lobby entrance (before you walk down the hall). We have also hired an accessible hotel room for people who need adult changing facilities. Please see one of our staff members on the day.

Accessible parking

PWdWA is negotiating with the City of Fremantle to create more ACROD parking bays for the conference. PWdWA will contact ACROD users with more information shortly. The bays will be for ACROD permit holders only.

PWdWA has arranged for Auslan interpreters and live captioning at the event.
