This six-week program helps HR and People team professionals move out of reactive, admin-heavy work and into a more deliberate approach to shaping how work actually feels for employees. You will learn the foundations of People Experience and how to apply them in real organisational settings, without needing a design background. The focus is on practical judgment, evidence, and making choices that fit your context rather than copying what worked somewhere else.

Across seven live sessions, you will learn practical methods that you can apply to real challenges in your own role. Learn how to understand People Experience as a system, involve employees earlier, and make decisions that hold up under scrutiny. By the end, you will be better equipped to influence priorities and advocate for work that has a clear purpose and measurable impact.
