What to Expect:

• A 4.0-mile moderate loop trail with approximately 500 feet of elevation gain. Trail details HERE
• Awe-inspiring views of unusual rock formations, lush forests, and tranquil landscapes.
• A great opportunity to connect with others seeking adventure and fresh experiences.
• Time for group photos, laughter, and shared moments in the great outdoors.

What to Bring:

• Sturdy hiking boots (required).
• Weather-appropriate clothing, including layers, gloves, and a hat.
• A daypack with water, snacks, and a light lunch.
• A camera or smartphone to capture memories.
• A friendly attitude and an adventurous spirit!

Event Schedule:

• 10:00 AM – Meet at The Standard Biergarten in NYC
• 10:30 AM – Depart for Pyramid Mountain Natural Historic Area
• 11:45 AM – Arrive at the trailhead and begin the hike
• 1:30 PM – Snack break near Tripod Rock and group hangout
• 3:00 PM – Conclude the hike and head to a local eatery
• 5:30 PM – Depart back to NYC

*This itinerary is based on best estimates and is largely dependent on traffic and the pace of the group
