Things are full steam ahead at Hideout HQ and we’re looking forward to hitting the ground putting the final touches on everything for a fun filled day for you, your friends and family.

We want you to make the most of the day so please ensure you have read our terms and conditions and following information carefully to have a fun safe day for all.

What can I bring:

Picnic Rug
Camp chairs
- All chairs must be placed on top of a rug – to avoid damage to the grass.
- Ideally low chairs. Normal chairs accepted to the back and side of the viewing area. A limited number of chairs will be available from the Info/Merchandise Tent.
Empty water bottles (water is available onsite at a number of water stations free of charge)
Snack foods
- We have a number of delicious food stalls onsite to suit every dietary requirement
Rain poncho, personal umbrellas and parasols

What I can’t bring: (items strictly prohibited)

Alcohol and all non-alcoholic beverages
Cheese knives, metal cutlery etc
Glass cups, bottles or glass of any type
Shade structures, tents & beach umbrellas
Animals (registered assistance animals are permitted)
Bicycles, scooters etc
Illicit substances
Dangerous or inappropriate items (e.g. weapons, fireworks)
Professional cameras and video equipment

Excess alcohol consumption won’t be tolerated and patrons causing a disturbance will be asked to leave the premises.

Tickets & Arrival:

Your tickets to the event have been resent with this message.

Upon arrival, please remember to have them ready upon your arrival with photo ID.

Concession/Student tickets: You will need to present your valid student / concession card at the gate. Please make sure you have this ready.

Family Tickets: This ticket covers two adults and two youth (12 – 17yrs old). Everyone being covered under this ticket must arrive at the same time.

Youth Tickets: Youth must be accompanied by an adult to gain entry.

Kids under 12 are free.

Don’t forget, if you have the following symptoms however mild, please consider the health of other patrons and do not attend: fever, chills or sweats, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, runny nose and loss of sense or smell or taste.

Buses:

Buses will be running to and from the event from Ararat, Avoca, Ballarat, Clunes and Maryborough. Tickets are still available on all runs but are filling fast.

Camping:

Make a weekend of it. We have a handful of camping spots walking distance to the venue still available. Spaces are strictly limited so ensure you book early.

Parking:

If you can’t ditch the car, limited parking will be available. We suggest you get there early.

Parking and Traffic attendants will be out assisting on the ground. Please follow their instructions and ensure you obey all parking signs and restrictions at all times. Consider the neighbours and road accessibility.

Weather:

The current weather forecast is a perfect bright and sunny 29 degrees!

Remember to bring a hat, and a reusable drink bottle. There will be plenty of water taps available for you to fill up!

Sunscreen will be available from the Info/Merchandise Tent.

A reminder that beach umbrellas marquees and shade structures are strictly not permitted into the venue as we cannot have these pegged into the ground. Parasols are permitted and shaded areas are available around the site.

Accessibility:

A limited number of disabled parking spots have been reserved close to the entrance of the event. We suggest you get there early to ensure a spot.

An accessible viewing area has also been reserved for your use.

Should you require assistance throughout the event, including a recharge point for electric vehicles, please visit our helpful staff at the Info/Merchandise tent.
