Event description

After Karen Young’s 2023 events in Devonport, we received overwhelming feedback that a Q&A session would be valuable—so here it is!

Join us for a unique opportunity to ask Karen your questions about children’s anxiety, big emotions, and behaviour. Karen is a leading expert in child and adolescent mental health and the founder of Hey Sigmund, a globally recognised resource on anxiety and emotional well-being.

Whether you’re a parent, carer, educator, or work with young people, this session is your chance to gain practical insights and advice directly from Karen.

This project is supported by the Healthy Tasmania Fund, an initiative of the Tasmanian Government.
Thanks to East Devonport Child and Family Learning Centre for their support at the event.
