Qˣ | Queensland's Advanced Technologies Future 2026

The Qx Summit returns on Tuesday 18 August, bringing together Queensland’s quantum and advanced technology community for a full day of insight, connection and collaboration.

With the theme “Make it in Queensland”, this year’s summit showcases how quantum is not just a future promise, it is happening now. The program will highlight real-world applications, local capability and home‑grown innovation shaping Queensland’s quantum ecosystem today.

Qx aims to convene key stakeholders from industry, government, research and the broader quantum community to explore cutting‑edge technologies, share practical case studies, and examine future possibilities. Most importantly, the summit will foster meaningful conversations and strategic partnerships that accelerate the growth of quantum and advanced technologies across Queensland.

To encourage broad participation, Qˣ 2026 will be delivered as a hybrid event, with the option to attend in person at The Precinct or join via online livestream from anywhere in Queensland, Australia or overseas.
