ACCAN is proud to share our Future of Australia’s NBN report. Developed with Cred Consulting, the report presents findings from ACCAN’s consumer engagement to ensure the needs of consumers and small businesses are being met by the National Broadband Network.

We will present the report highlights, including key insights into:

• consumer preferences for broadband internet in Australia

• the connectivity needs of consumers and small businesses

• affordability challenges in staying connected

• the ongoing importance of network reliability, particularly in regional, rural and remote areas.

The report represents the culmination of years of advocacy and engagement in regulatory consultations on the future of the NBN and will help shape policy discussions for years to come.
