We invite Queenslanders from Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) backgrounds working in community mental health and wellbeing — including multicultural mental health workers, community leaders, community members, carers, and lived experience workers.
Your insights will help shape strategies for building a culturally responsive workforce that meets the mental health and wellbeing needs of multicultural communities.

Cultural Responsiveness – addressing the unique needs of multicultural workforces and communities.
Essential Skills – defining core capabilities for supporting multicultural communities.
Workforce Wellbeing – exploring challenges and opportunities for the multicultural workforce.
