QATACON24 Opening event - Paint & sip for art teachers
Event description
Join us for this special QATACON24 opening event. This is a 'paint & sip' with a difference, designed by art teachers for art teachers. Enjoy delicious food, drinks, catch up with colleagues and make some new friends. All materials will be supplied.
All you have to do is turn up. You know you want to!
You can also purchase tickets for this event during QATACON24 registration.
Venue:
The Church Hall at 160 Vulture Street, South Brisbane.
OR use this option if you need to purchase a ticket for the opening event separately from a QATACON24 ticket.
Can I attend this event at QCAD on Thursday night if I am not attending QATACON24 or only attending QATACON24 for one day?
Yes, you can and we hope you will!

Information to help you plan your visit
- There are two carparks on the site – the top carpark is entered from Vulture Street and the bottom car park from Ernest Street.
- The church is close to Southbank rail and bus stations, and over the road from Brisbane State High School.
- St Andrew’s South Brisbane has wheelchair access via the ramp at the rear of the church building.
- Bicycles can be chained against the railing next to the church hall.
