A bit about our market....

Our venue space lends itself to an intimate, country, home spun feel market with a variety of stall options available inside and outside the c1920 Heritage cottage.

We are advocates for recycling wares (of all kinds), and supporters of local growers, artists, designers and not for profit organisations. We are also interested in goods that are mindful in caring for our plant’s environment and it’s people - ie no exploitation.

All applications for stalls will be reviewed. Applying does not automatically guarantee your inclusion in an event but a full refund will be given if your application is not accepted.

Instructions for application and the process...

We are using this booking system so that you can apply for the exact location that works for you. Choose a couple 

  1. View the attached map of site plan and pricing structure below or at https://www.qbnhive.buzz/stall...
  2. Choose your preferred stall type.
  3. Upload as much information as you can so that we can promote your stall where possible.
  4. Make sure your have read and agree to our T&C. This is an requirement of holding a stall at our market.
  5. Book and secure your spot.
  6. We will review your application and if not accepted you will contacted and refunded within 2 days.

NOTE:

* Please note there will be a booking fee which will be an extra 50c + $2.5%. Humanitix is a registered charity – not a business. Booking fees cover their costs, and everything else goes to closing the education gap around the world.

    Refund policy

    Refunds are available 7 day prior to the event. The Queanbeyan Hive is a registered as a COVID Safe Business with NSW Government. We observe social distancing rules and COVID-safe hygiene practices. We will be asking everyone to check in electronically (via Service NSW). If we need to cancel due to the COVID situation or bad and dangerous weather we will issue full refunds bar the booking fee (which in these circumstances will not be able to waiver).
