Join us for a deeply nourishing Qi Gong, meditation, and community acupuncture experience designed to calm your nervous system, restore balance, and help your body return to harmony.

This session is intentionally created as a gentle pause from the busyness of life — a space where you don’t have to do, fix, or push. You simply arrive, soften, and allow your body to reset.

We’ll begin with gentle Qi Gong movements to encourage the smooth flow of Qi and blood through the body, followed by a guided meditation to quiet the mind and settle the nervous system.
From there, you’ll receive community acupuncture, allowing the body to deeply rest, repair, and integrate.

In need of deep rest, grounding, and support

🌱 What to expect:

Gentle, accessible Qi Gong (no experience needed)

A calming, guided meditation

30 minute acupuncture session - with the whole group during meditation - Acupuncture will only be applied to the face, lower leg and arms.

A sense of deep relaxation, grounding, and clarity

This is not about performance or flexibility.
It’s about coming home to your body.
