Guided by Rachel Woo, a Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner with over 15 years of clinical experience, you'll be introduced to Qigong practices from the Wudang lineage that are designed to:

Fei Liu, founder of Seven Teas, grew up in China where tea was woven into everyday life as a practice of mindfulness, hospitality, and connection.
