Meet Your Facilitators:

Alex Mitchinson

Alex began his journey at 17 through Vipassana meditation, fostering a deep connection to Eastern traditions. He has studied under masters like Shifu Shi Yanjunin in China, Master Ian in Thailand, and Master Zheng Yang, completing over 100 days of intensive medical Qigong and internal Shaolin martial arts training.

Beck Hall

Beck is a Senior Breathwork Facilitator and Yin Yoga Teacher Trainer. With a passion for guiding others safely inward. Beck integrates yoga, breathwork, and mantra into practices that inspire self-discovery and growth.
