Qigong Exercise Fundamentals
4 Week course introducing you to practices for Wellbeing Enhancement & Health Harmonising
- Simple and gentle exercise for physical wellbeing
- Breath Practices to activate the Parasympathetic Nervous System - counter stress, improve sleep & relax deeply
- Meditations to calm your mind and relax your body
This class will support you to start building energy, reducing tension, and optimising your wellbeing using simple Qigong exercise practices that you can do everyday.
Enjoy a balanced combination of flowing movement, standing Qigong, walking Qigong, as well as Inner Alchemy meditations.
