Join us for a special day of movement, connection, and giving back, all to raise funds for HeartKids Australia, supporting children with heart conditions and their families.

Whether you're here for strength, stillness, or soulful connection, every class you attend is a step toward helping someone else’s heart.

Event Highlights:

12 inspiring classes from 7:00 AM to 6:15 PM
Choose from Strength & Movement, Yoga, Pilates, Barre, Boxing, Breathwork, Kirtan Meditation, Aerial Yoga, and Restorative Yoga
Each class is just $15, with 100% of proceeds donated
Open to all fitness levels, come for one class or stay all day

What to Bring

Outdoor sessions (Strength & Boxing): Hat, sunscreen, activewear, water
Pilates, Yoga, Aerial: Your own mat and grippy socks
Aerial Yoga: No jewellery or zippers; wear a fitted tee and leggings past the knees
