INTRO TO QI GONG (Sat 10 Feb)

Qi Gong is one of the five branches of Chinese Medicine. It's a form of moving meditation that incorporates stretching, strengthening, breath work and flowing movements.

In this workshop we will cover the fundamentals of Chinese Cosmology, Yin Yang Theory and the 5 Elements/Phases. These are main theories that underpin Chinese medicine and Qi Gong.

Discover how these ideas relate to your body, meridians, organs and emotions and learn physical practices to enhance your health and well-being.

SIX HEALING SOUNDS (Sun 11 Feb)

Your body is an instrument. Sound is a self-help system. This workshop is an experiential journey with ancient wisdom practices that boost health, harmony and wellbeing. Discover the six healing sounds and postures that can alleviate and prevent stress and illness.

Through the power of sound and qi gong practices you will relax and recharge your systems. Learn how to circulate life force energy through the body, which you can channel for good health, balanced emotions and creative and spiritual expression.
