QI GONG + SOUND + CONNECTION

Come and join a wonderful community of humans to explore and grow our consciousness through the beautiful practice of Qi Gong.

Every Sunday over the 2024/25 Summer/Late Summer season, we gather to gently move our bodies whilst practicing breath work, meditation and mindfulness.

After our practice, you are invited to relax on a yoga mat with cushions and sarongs (byo, there are lots of ants) whilst you are bathed in a melodic sound bath using crystal sound bowls, shruti box, gong, harp, chimes and more.

Tickets are from $5-$20 and all proceeds go towards new sound equipment for use during the sessions.
