Celebrate International Women’s Day by activating and balancing your Qi for healing and awakening your inner glow. While we honour the Feminine principle, all genders are warmly welcome in this inclusive healing space.

You’re invited to a gentle, restorative evening weaving together movement, energy medicine, and sound. This immersive experience is designed to support emotional release, calm the nervous system, and invite deeper embodiment and presence.

Guided by holistic healing practitioners Erika and Anisha, this 2-hour journey includes:

✨ Qigong

Slow, mindful movement to circulate qi, ground the body, and awaken vitality.

✨ EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) Tapping

A powerful yet gentle method to release emotional tension and subconscious blocks.

✨ Acupuncture

Gentle needle therapy to support nervous system regulation, energy balance and deep relaxation. For those who prefer a non-needle option, ear seeds will be available.

✨ Sound Healing Immersion, featuring:

Crystal and Tibetan sound bowls
Celestial handpan
Native American flute
Shamanic medicine drum
Chimes
Healing voice

Together, we will honour the feminine qualities of healing: receptivity, intuition, compassion, and embodied presence — creating space for your natural qi radiance to emerge.

This is an intimate offering with a maximum of 15 participants, allowing for personalised care and a deeply held container. Spaces are strictly limited, so secure your ticket early before they sell out.

What to bring:

Comfortable clothing for movement and lying down.
A water bottle.
Mats, blankets, and eye pillows are provided, though you’re welcome to bring your own if you prefer.

Come as you are, and allow your inner bloom to gently unfold ✨🌸
