She has an accumulated knowledge of 50 years of body wisdom, including Qigong Therapies, Remedial Massage, & Chinese Food Medicine. With personal practice and training spanning over 30 years, Rosa is a passionate teacher & coach, and a strong advocate of natural methods to support healing. Rosa brings an approach that is both integrative & holistic, tapping into the combined medicine of the way we move, the way we think, as well as what we eat.
