Each live online class offers gentle exercises that work to release layers of built up tension - bringing you into a state of deep relaxation and emotional balance. Reprogram your emotional and mental loops into states of wellbeing.

What happens in an 'Individual Practice Support Session'? 

In this one on one session I give you individualised attention, tuition and support. Face to face or via an online medium, this valuable and direct support will help tailor your practice & make the most out of your Qigong. Support session booking link will be sent on registration.
