In Qigong, we move with the seasons of nature. Would you like to bring something new into your life? To start a new venture? whether it's health, a promotion or relationships.

Qigong works with moving energy. A positive mindset, the breath and gentle movements to unlock and relax the joints, to create expansion in the body, igniting fluidity and flexibility.

These sessions run for approximately 45 minutes. To join the session you will need to register to the Online Hub. It's free to join and you will receive weekly free short sessions and paid for sessions( approximately $ 12 aud).
