Qigong & Meditation for Healing - Mornington

Gentle yet powerful restorative practice for mind, body, spirit and illumination of the Heart.

Join me, Violet, to boost your vitality and wellbeing in the first of many sessions on this new heart centred journey for heart nourishment.

Each session is 60minutes with the space opening and arrival at 9.50am with Practice starting at 10am where we enjoy together:

• Qigong - moving practice for internal strengthening 30/40mins

• Breathwork and realignment through mindfulness in our movements and forms (throughout practice)

• Grounding meditation to anchor and support you going forward (20/30mins)

Anyone can practice Qigong although these first 2 sessions are more appropriate for adults. Practice is usually in standing position or can be enjoyed seated if needed with modifications.

'Qigong' basically translates to ' Energy work' to which I intuitively bring together depending on season and also what comes up collectively. Qigong is known to have incredible health benefits and can support immunity, circulation, sleep, release of stress enabling better clarity and boosted vitality.

Each session is unique and sacred in the warm wellbeing space at The Attraction Point - 10 Satu Way, Mornington.
