Qigong is a restorative form of exercise that focuses on internal strengthening; it is also known as moving meditation. Much like Tai Chi, Qigong practice supports and boosts vitality with many powerful and evidence based benefits. It is a great exercise to boost mental, emotional, spiritual and physical wellbeing and is incredibly supportive if you have health challenges such as fibromyalgia or regaining strength after an injury.

My approach is integrated with my other certifications for healing support, sharing Modern Qigong classes here at Northcote Natural Therapies. Together we explore many of the ancient forms of Qigong in a more integrative approach focusing on Internal Strengthening and alignment. It is an embodiment practice that brings harmony and balance if we allow it to, it is the opportunity to support mind, spirt and body.

10mins prior to class for arrival to get comfy and take off shoes - practice can be done barefoot or in socks

yoga mats are provided

Comfy clothes for easy movement

Most movements are in standing position but there are some seated aspects

Classes run for an hour unless you have booked a 1.1 session with me

Ticket information:

tickets are $15 (discounted for International women's day) but casual classes are usually $22

discounted tickets packs are available $100 for 5 passes and $180 for 10 passes.
