WHY PRACTISE QIGONG?
Qigong is a powerful yet accessible practice for cultivating energy, calm, resilience and greater ease in the body.
Through steady, progressive guidance, you will learn how to move with more awareness, regulate the breath, settle the nervous system and build confidence in your own practice.
For beginners, this course gives you a strong and accessible starting point. For post-beginners, it offers the next layer: refining what you have already learnt, improving body awareness, developing smoother breath-movement coordination and beginning to understand the deeper principles behind the practice.
This course is suitable for complete beginners, those returning to practice after a break, students new to White Tiger Qigong, and those who have recently completed a first 6-week course and would like to continue developing a strong foundation.
