Qigong is a wonderful practice for both health and spiritual growth and wellbeing and combines moving meditation that facilitates healing within the body. Qigong is a 5000 yr old healing practice from China and is used even today amongst Taoist nuns and monks even the Buddhist monks within Shaolin temple use this sacred healing modality. At this one day excursion you have the option of two or three classes, to participate in all three classes you will need to book accommodation for the Friday night to join me at sunrise overlooking the beach. For those who only want a day trip you can join us for two classes one being at 10.30am and the other at 3.00 pm giving you plenty of time to make your way back to the Ferry for your departure home.

in between these classes you can go sight seeing this gorgeous island and re gather for a bbq lunch and picnic.

You will need to make your own way to Rottnest and book your own accommodation if you are staying the Friday night there are many options to choose from.

There is a general store, bakery, many restaurants etc to eat from so there is no need to pack lots of food, however feel free to bring what you want if you wish to join us for a bbq.

We will send you a map as to where we will meet you for your classes a week before the event.
