This Qigong Immersion class will be held at AVANA a beautiful rainforest sanctuary in the Byron Bay Hinterland.

ABOUT YOUR INSTRUCTOR

Certified in Qigong instruction and holding a B.A Dance Major, Lisa integrates her knowledge from both disciplines. With a wealth of teaching experience in diverse environments, Lisa tunes into the unique individual, guiding them to discover and explore their body’s innate intelligence and to experience pure presence through movement.
