As part of Te Ao Earth Week 2025, Terra Nova Foundation and Vanessa Lukes bring you Connected in Energy. In this session, we will explore how Qigong helps us to find inner harmony through practices that elevate body, heart, and consciousness, which in turn helps us find outer harmony –in our personal relationships, within society, and with nature. By first uplifting our own lives through improving our health, happiness and wellbeing, we can better help others and the world. You will learn some gentle movements to increase your energy and relax and calm your mind.

In order to ensure this event is kept accessible to all, tickets pricing is koha-based. All proceeds go back to supporting environmental and community support programmes.
