In this class we learn to become our own "healer at home" by using our intention to cultivate more “Qi” life-force energy to promote self- healing, develop a greater self- awareness, by using our own healing abilities in the comfort of your own home.

As the energy increases on the planet it is becoming even more important to constantly cleanse and protect our energy fields in this practice, we help remove any unwanted energies that aren’t serving us and allow the “Qi” lifeforce energy to flow.

The Qi that runs throughout our entire being must flow properly, like a river. If there is a block, Qi becomes stagnant and prevents other parts of the body from being nourished. If the Qi flows too rapidly, it causes degeneration or exhaustion of the internal organs. The practice of Qigong helps to balance these energies filling our body’s deficiencies and removing any over excess.

What to expect:

Reiki - is a natural healing method providing "Universal life force energy" channelled from the heaven realms through the hands. this powerful energy will help clear, repair and balance the body’s energy systems, stimulating the body’s natural healing ability and bringing a greater self-awareness.

Qi gong - we direct “life force” throughout an energy network of meridians. Meridians are pathways or channels which transport Qi though the whole body ensuring the tissues and organs are supplied with fluid and nutrients. When a person is healthy their meridian lines will be open and clear of any blockages so that the Qi can run smoothly. These meridian channels are connected to our 5 major organs in the body including the lungs, spleen, liver, kidneys and heart.

Self healing meditation - using our own healing abilities and the life-force we have cultivated throughout the Qigong practice to unblock our major energy centres of the body "chakras", bringing balance and harmony into our energetic fields.

Intuitive meditation - is based on the collective energy and based on the guidance of the Universe. With the intention to be a divine conduit, allowing oneself to be a channel for the divine to flow through. This allows for the meditation to be tailored to everyone's specific needs on the night..
