Event description

Qigong (pronounced chee gong) is a gentle, flowing exercise practice that involves breath technique and visualisation to settle the mind. A sense of lightness is created as it releases stagnation around and within the body, and in our thoughts. Regular practice improves general health and wellbeing.

This session will be led by nutritionist and Qigong practitioner Jennifer Phillips.
