The 'Water Element' in Chinese Medicine terms houses 'Essence' - which is fundamentally your vitality & life force energy. You may have heard it termed as 'original essence' or 'Jing'. This is the energy the body needs to be strong & to move through the cycle of the year in health amidst all the seasonal influences. Essence is established in Winter & by the actions of the Water Element internally in the functions of our kidneys, bones, sexual organs & hormones. Winter is the resonant season to tend to the Water Element & its organ systems - a natural time to rest & draw inward for renewal & restoration.

This class will focus on practices for building & nourishing your vital energy.
