Join me for a Spring Forest Qigong practice centred around healing, meditation, breathing and gentle movement; allowing a sense of peace, calm and balance to flow throughout the body, mind, and spirit.

Spring Forest Qigong is an integrated approach designed to help you heal on all levels – physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.

The simple yet powerful Spring Forest Qigong movements are created by the founder Grand Master Chunyi Lin. Master Lin’s vision is to create “A healer in every home and a world without pain and suffering”

It brings me great joy to spread Master Lin’s vision to the community and world as this vision aligns with me.

All are welcome to join, regardless of age and ability.

Spring Forest Qigong can be practiced sitting, standing or lying down. If you choose to sit, please let me know and I will arrange chairs. If you choose to lie down, please bring a mat or towel.

Friday, 10, 17, 24, 31 January, 7:30am to 8:30am

Venue: Geographe Bay Yacht Club, we will meet at the lawn infront of the Yacht Club

The pricing below has been thoughtfully crafted with the healing power of the number 9 in mind (and with 2025 being a numerology 9* year) inviting vitality, balance and harmony into these sessions through each carefully chosen figure.

- $99 for 9 sessions (saving of $63)

- $117 for 12 sessions (saving of $99) - add an additional 3 sessions for $18

- $18 each session

Choose 9 or 12 sessions that suits you on any of the days listed above.

When purchasing the one of the above packages, select any day of the week and then let me know which of the 9 or 12 days you will be participating.

It also represents endings and letting go. When you can let go, more love will come to surface and love is the portal to healing.

What to bring:

- a mat or towel if you choose to do this practice lying down. I will arrange a chair if you choose to sit down during the practice (please let me know if you need a chair), otherwise please feel free to bring a chair that is comfortable for you
- wear comfortable clothes and shoes
- a bottle of water
- yourself and your beautiful SMILE :)

Important notes:
- Please do not eat 30 minutes before or after the session, drinking water is ok
- WET & WINDY WEATHER- if it rains or there are strong winds, this event will not be cancelled. An indoor venue will be sourced or the session will be held online. An email with an update will be provided several hours prior to the event.

About Lu:

I am a Certified Spring Forest Qigong Practice Group Leader and a gifted Energy Healer who taps into divine vibrations to help bring relaxation and calm to the body, mind and spirit. I have led Qigong sessions for children, seniors, and the general public in various locations, including Nepal, Kazakhstan, Busselton and Sydney.

I am also a Life Coach, Neuro Semantics Trainer & Enneagram Facilitator. My mission is to help heal the world from human suffering and empower people in going deep within to rediscover their internal powers and lead them into a journey of success and personal evolution.

I will also be offering Energy Healing sessions whilst I am in Busselton.

I facilitate a unique style of intuitive palm healing blending Reiki and other various styles using my hands in a non-contact approach through space. My healing hands will foster powerful release, deep relaxation and calm throughout the body and mind of receivers.
