As the colder months settle in, winter invites us to slow down, reflect, and restore. This gentle 4-week Qigong series is designed to support your energy and wellbeing through the season, with a focus on movements that strengthen the kidneys and boost resilience.
Qigong is a traditional Chinese wellbeing practice that combines slow, flowing movements with breathwork and meditation. It’s suitable for all ages and abilities, and no experience is needed.
Each session will help you feel more grounded, calm, and recharged—supporting your body and mind through winter’s quieter rhythm.
