QL2 Dance, Chaos Project 2022 'Big Little Things'
Description
BIG LITTLE THINGS - From the infinitely small to the infinitely big. An exploration into our interconnectedness, how little things, small actions can have an impact on everything else, on the big picture, on our lives.
Each year, QL2 Dance in Canberra runs a development and performance project for younger dancers, referred to affectionately as the “Chaos” project.
In this live performance, you will experience a full-length contemporary dance work created in collaboration with 40 young people aged between 8 – 18 years and four professional choreographers.
Under the Artistic Direction of Ruth Osborne
With choreographers Stephen and Lilah Gow (Synergy Styles), Alana Stenning and Patricia Hayes-Cavanagh
In collaboration with the dancers of the 2022 Chaos Project.
BIG LITTLE THINGS is suitable for all ages, although parents of very young children should note that it will include loud sounds and music, and times where audience quiet is required.
Supported by: ArtsACT, Lorna Sim Photography, Sidestage, Canberra College, Ainslie and Gorman Arts Centres and Elect Printing.
