AI is reshaping the workplace, but not in the way most headlines suggest. The real shift isn't "jobs lost", it's tasks changed. And that changes everything about how you prepare your team for what's next.

Join us for a practical, no-fluff session on building an AI-ready workforce.

What you'll learn:

Why the "AI will take our jobs" narrative misses the point, and what's actually happening inside teams and roles
The essential human skills, creativity, empathy, and critical thinking, that AI can't replace, and how to build them
Real-world, practical strategies for training your existing staff to partner with AI tools and boost daily productivity

Who this is for:

Business owners, managers, and HR leaders who want to future-proof their team without a costly overhaul.

Why it matters:

The businesses that thrive won't be the ones that avoid AI, they'll be the ones that know how to blend it with human strengths. Walk away with a clear, actionable plan to start that shift.

Doors will open at 5:15pm for a 5:30pm start.
