About the Speaker

Mellissah Smith grew up in Charters Towers and began her career in Townsville, working with MAK Media, Channel 7 and Loloma Jewellers. By the age of 25, she had started her first marketing company, growing the firm across Queensland, New South Wales, and Victoria.

At 30, she launched her second company, Marketing Eye, and expanded it throughout Australia and the United States. In her 40s, Mellissah became the first in the world to develop an AI-powered marketing strategy platform, and the first woman globally to own an AI marketing strategy business.

In 2022, she was awarded Innovator of the Year. Today, her company Robotic Marketer partners with global technology leaders including SAP, Oracle, Mitel, Atlassian, and Xerox, empowering small businesses and multinational corporations around the globe to leverage AI in marketing.

Her clients range from startups and small businesses to large enterprises and her mission remains clear: to leverage AI so marketers and business owners can spend more time connecting with customers.
