with Port Bus to Queensland

We set up camp at Mermaid Waters Hotel for the three our nights away.
Experience the Arena Sensation, Australian Outback Spectacular's Heartland. Rediscover a Sense of Aussie Pride at the Gold Coast's Best Dinner & Show. Mesmerising Animals and Immersive Special Effects!
Stroll the Gallery Walk Shopping Precinct in Mount Tamborine along with High Tea @ QT Gold Coast and the Gold Coast Light Horse Education Museum.
Day 1: (MT, L & D) Wednesday 31st July 2024
Departing Port Coach Terminal by 08:30 we commence our journey North! Morning tea from the coach at the Old Urunga Information Centre before heading further North to Ulmarra for lunch at Ulmarra Hotel Café/Restaurant. An afternoon comfort stop at the Ballina Service Centre before we check in for the next three nights at the Mermaid Waters Hotel.
Day 2: (B, T, L, D) Thursday 1st August 2024
After breakfast, we will depart at 08:00 for the Tweed Regional Gallery. It is in the beautiful Tweed Valley. The Gallery is home to the work of regional, national, and international artists. Take a self-guided tour of the gallery before taking a break with coffee and c ake for morning tea. Now to head Southeast along Tweed Valley Way to Tweed Valley Farmhouse Cheeses. You will find gelato made with their farm-fresh milk and local fresh fruits, a range of local pottery, cheese knives and artworks along with jams, pickles, sauces, olives, salami as well as take-away cheese grazing boxes and accompaniment boxes. Our last venue for the day is Tropical Fruit World. At Tropical Fruit World, every path leads to discovery, every moment is a sensory delight, and every experience is a celebration of Earth's rich harvest! Lunch today will be in the Farm Café before taking a Full Farm Tour. Back to Mermaid Waters to freshen up before dinner.
Day 3: (B,L,D) Friday 2nd August 2024
After breakfast, we head up to Mount Tamborine departing by 09:00. First stop is the Gallery Walk. Wear comfy shoes and bring your water bottle. A couple of hours to browse the many quirky shops along the strip before we indulge in High Tea for lunch at QT Gold Coast. We now head Southwest to the Gold Coast Light Horse Education Museum. We will see a display of tent pegging and have a tour After the display we will head back to our accommodation for a quick change (if you want to) and freshen up because tonight we are entertained and well fed and watered at the Australia Outback Spectacular. Saddle Up for Gold Coast's Best Dinner & Show, Australian Outback Spectacular’s Heartland. Embark on a Captivating Journey to the Heartland of Australia. Including a 3-Course Dinner. Mesmerising Animals, backstage tour, dinner, drinks & Show. Immersive Special Effects.Late return home tonight approximately 22:30.
Day 4: (B, MT, L) Saturday 3rd August 2024
After breakfast, it’s time to check out and head on home. Morning tea is at Woodburn. Morning tea from the coach or grab a real coffee from one of the cafes. Lunch will be in the South Grafton Ex-Servicemen’s Club. Comfort stop en route home before drop offs commencing around 17:00.
